Double Peach Twirl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe peaches
    12 oz. peach nectar
    8 oz. plain yogurt
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    mint sprigs
Preparation
    Peel and puree peaches adding 1 cup nectar until smooth.
    Add rest of ingredients; blend until smooth and garnish with peach slices and mint sprigs.
    Makes 4 cups.
