Bread(2 Loaves) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. shortening
6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Mix in sugar and salt.
Add about 1/2 of the flour and mix well.
Add the egg and stir in well.
Then add the shortening.
Mix well for 2 minutes.
Add the rest of the flour.
Mix well and form a ball.
Cover with grease.
