Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. hot water
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 well beaten egg
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    4 or 5 c. flour
    salt
Preparation
    Mix water with butter.
    Add sugar.
    Let stand until warm.
    Add egg.
    Mix yeast in a small amount of water; add to other ingredients.
    Add flour.
    Salt to taste.
    Knead 2 or 3 minutes. Let double in bulk, then punch down.
    Make out into buns; let rise again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 or until brown.
    Brush with butter before baking.
