Bran Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

2 c. bran flour
1 c. white flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. sour cream
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together and mix in sugar and raisins. Add the beaten egg with the sour cream.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0, until brown.
