Classic Chicken Divan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (10 oz.) pkg. Birds Eye broccoli
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
3 c. chicken broth
1/3 c. sherry (optional)
5 whole chicken breasts, cooked and skinned
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 tsp. salt
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Cook broccoli as directed on package; drain.
Place in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Melt butter, blend in flour.
Add broth. Cook and stir until thickened.
Stir in sherry, salt and nutmeg. Keep warm.
