Squash Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked squash, cooked in salt water, drained
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine
3 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. lemon flavoring
1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Mix all in blender.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
