Chinese Peanut Butter Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    2 1/2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. peanut or sesame oil
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped green onion (optional)
    cashews or almonds (optional)
Preparation
    Blend the peanut butter and salad oil in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients (except nuts) and mix well. This is good over chicken stir-fry.
