Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large white potatoes
2 c. sour cream
1 c. sweet milk
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 stick oleo
1/2 c. green onions and tops
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Boil potatoes in jackets, chill overnight, and shred.
Combine shredded potatoes and other ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Can be divided and frozen for later use. Divide this before it is cooked. If you divide, cook half only 30 minutes.
