Chili Sauce For Canning - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 gal. tomatoes
8 to 10 large onions
2 Tbsp. salt
5 c. sugar
2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 or 4 hot peppers, crushed and chopped
Preparation

Peel and chop tomatoes and onions.
Combine with all the other ingredients.
Simmer over low heat and stir often to prevent sticking.
