Vegetarian Layered Mexican Casserole With Black Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. water
    2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, drained
    vegetable cooking spray
    2 large onions, sliced
    2 medium size zucchini, thinly sliced
    2 red peppers, julienned
    2 cloves garlic
    1 c. corn
    1 tsp. cumin
    5 tortillas
    1 1/2 c. salsa
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Mash beans with water.
    Cook onion with next 3 ingredients. Layer in baking dish, tortillas, vegetables, beans, salsa and cheese (twice).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
