Layered Taco Dip - cooking recipe

2 cans Frito-Lay bean dip with jalapeno peppers
3 fresh avocado
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Hellmann's
1/2 c. sour cream
1 pkg. taco mix
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 can black pitted olives
3 tomatoes
1 bunch garden onions
