Sweet Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
    1 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes or yams
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients until soft dough forms.
    Turn onto surface dusted with flour.
    Roll in flour to coat.
    Shape into ball and knead 3 to 4 times.
    Roll 1/2 inch thick and cut with 2-inch cutter, dipped in flour.
    Place biscuits with edges touching on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 18 to 22 biscuits.
