Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts or raisins (may use 1/2 c. each)
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg until frothy.
    Beat in sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Beat until lemon colored; stir in zucchini.
    Mix together and add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then finish cooling on rack.
