Sopaipillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water, warm
    3 Tbsp. yeast
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    6 Tbsp. nonfat dry milk
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 egg
    5 c. flour
    1 stick melted butter
    1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Place water in bowl.
    Add sugar and yeast.
    Let stand 30 minutes.
    Blend in dry ingredients 1 minute.
    Add butter, honey and egg.
    Add yeast mixture while mixing on low speed.
    Let rise 30 minutes.
    Knead dough.
    Roll into pie type flat dough shape; cut into 3 x 2-inch blocks.
    Fry in deep fat at 375\u00b0.
    Punch dough once to below level of oil.
    Makes 25 servings.
