Fettucine Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 pt. whipping cream
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. snipped parsley (optional)
1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
1/4 c. butter
12 oz. fettucine noodles

Preparation

Mix whipping cream, sour cream and Parmesan cheese together. Add garlic salt, pepper and parsley.
Boil noodles according to package directions.
Drain.
Add butter to noodles.
Pour cream sauce over noodles and serve.
Yields 6 servings.
