2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Measure flour, baking powder, salt, milk and 1/4 cup salad oil into bowl.
Stir vigorously until mixture leaves side of bowl.
Gather dough together and press into ball. Knead dough in bowl 10 times to make smooth.
Divide in half.
On lightly floured cloth-covered board, roll each 1/2 into 13-inch circle.
Place on pizza pan or baking sheet.
Turn up edge 1/2-inch and pinch.
Brush crust with 2 tablespoons oil.
Add your own toppings and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
