Shrimp Or Crabmeat Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 deep-dish pie shell
    9 oz. boiled shrimp or 1 lb. crabmeat
    1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Thaw pie crust as package directs. Prick bottom and sides with fork.
    Bake on cookie sheet about 5 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Distribute shrimp or crabmeat over bottom of pie shell.
    Sprinkle cheese and onions over shrimp.
    Beat eggs, milk, lemon juice and seasonings.
    Pour over shrimp or crabmeat mixture.
    Bake on cookie sheet for 15 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 15 minutes or until top is golden brown.
    Serves 6.
