Dip For Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) carton low-fat cottage cheese
    1/2 packet Hidden Valley Ranch original mix
    2 Tbsp. skim milk
Preparation
    Blend in blender until smooth all ingredients.
    Use as a dip for celery, carrots, cucumber, raw cauliflower, green pepper, etc. Thin with more skim milk and use as a high protein salad dressing.
    Each serving amount:
    1/4 cup.
