Heath Bar Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chocolate wafers
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    8 Heath bars, chopped, or 1 bag miniatures
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    4 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1/3 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Crush wafers into fine crumbs.
    Mix with butter and press into greased 9 1/2-inch spring-form pan.
    Sprinkle half of Heath bars over crust.
    Refrigerate.
    Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
    Beat in 1/2 cup cream, eggs and vanilla.
    Continue beating 10 minutes.
    Pour over crust.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 to 20 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
    Cool and refrigerate.
