Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    milk (see directions)
Preparation
    Combine first three ingredients in a bowl.
    Separate egg, place yolk in a 1 cup measuring cup and white in another small deep container.
    Fill measuring cup with egg yolk with milk to make 1 cup and add to flour mixture.
    Mix all ingredients well to form dough.
    (I usually squish together with hands to be sure it's all well mixed.)
    Place a handful of dough onto floured surface.
    Work a little flour into dough so it isn't so sticky and roll with rolling pin to size of pie dish and thickness you want.
    This takes patience and practice.
    Recipe makes 2 to 3 two crust pies.
