Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
    1 pkg. Knorr leek soup mix (gourmet section)
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 (9 oz.) can water chestnuts (optional)
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 round loaf French or sourdough bread
Preparation
    Thaw and drain spinach.
    Mix together all ingredients. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours before serving.
    Hollow out center of bread and pour dip into it.
    Break up hollowed out bread for dipping; add breadsticks, raw vegetables and more bread for dipping.
