Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    tomatoes
    seasoned flour or meal
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes in 1/4-inch slices. Dip each slice in milk. Dip in seasoned flour or meal with salt and pepper.
    Fry in 1/2-inch hot cooking oil. Brown on one side before turning. Place on paper towels to drain. Eat hot and enjoy.
