"Cow Country" Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 beef ribs
    8 potatoes, diced large
    4 carrots, sliced
    2 onions, diced
    1/2 c. celery, sliced or diced
    1 c. green beans
    3 ears fresh corn or 1 can regular
    1 can cream-style corn
    2 okra pods, sliced
    1 c. cabbage, cut up
    1/4 c. mango, diced
    8 tomatoes, scrunched
    1 c. peas
    1 can lima beans
    1 1/2 c. cauliflower flowerets
    1 c. yellow crooked neck squash, cut in small wedges
Preparation
    Cook beef until almost tender.
    Strain broth.
    Pick meat from ribs and add to broth, along with fresh carrots and fresh green beans.
    Cook for 20 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook until done, about 30 minutes.
