Pumpkin Layer Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. soft cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    9-inch graham cracker crust
    1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash cloves
    dash nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla on medium speed until well blended.
    Add eggs.
    Mix 1 c. batter with pumpkin and spices. Pour remaining batter into crust.
    Top with pumpkin batter.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until center is almost set. Let cool.
    Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
    Makes 8 servings.
