Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    8 oz. sour cream
    5 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients together and put in oblong casserole dish. Sprinkle crushed cornflakes and more melted butter on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
