Christmas Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lemon (5 Tbsp.)
1 can chunk pineapple
cornstarch
2 handfuls miniature marshmallows
2 c. white grapes, canned or fresh
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 unpeeled diced apple
1 jar maraschino cherries
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 to 1 pt. sweetened whipped cream
Preparation

Combine juice from canned pineapple and lemon.
Heat and thicken with cornstarch.
Add marshmallows and pineapple; let stand overnight.
Add grapes, nuts, apple, cherries and oranges.
Can use other fruit, if you like.
Put together with whipped cream.
