Mexi-Burgers With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. mild taco sauce
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. leaf oregano, crumbled
    4 slices Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 drops liquid red pepper seasoning
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    4 sesame seed buns
    4 slices ripe tomato
    8 thin sweet green pepper rings
Preparation
    Mix beef, taco sauce, egg, bread crumbs, oregano, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper and liquid seasoning in a medium size bowl until combined.
    Shape the meat into four 4-inch burgers. Cook the hamburgers in oil in skillet for 3 minutes on each side or until the burgers are the desired doneness.
    Split the buns in half.
    Place a burger on the bottom of each bun.
    Top the burgers with the Cheddar cheese, tomato, green pepper and top of bun.
