Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. white flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. peeled and grated zucchini
    1/4 c. nuts
Preparation
    Sift together the wheat flour, white flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking powder; set aside.
    Beat until creamy the oil, sugar, vanilla, zucchini and nuts.
    Add the flour mixture.
    Mix all ingredients together and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 large loaves.
