Peanut Butter Streusel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    3/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) box vanilla pudding
    2 c. milk
    1 (9 oz.) tub Cool Whip
Preparation
    Blend peanut butter and confectioners sugar until mealy consistency.
    Sprinkle half of mixture in bottom of pie shell. Cook pudding with 2 cups of milk until it comes to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1/4 peanut butter mixture to pudding.
    Pour pudding into pie shell.
    Allow to cool.
    Top with Cool Whip after it has cooled.
    Sprinkle with remaining peanut butter mixture.
