Homemade Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Roll thin and let stand 20 minutes. Roll up and cut in 1/4-inch slices.
    Spread the slices out and dry 2 hours.
    Drop noodles into boiling salt water.
    Cook, uncovered, for about 10 minutes.
    Drain and serve with your choice of meats, etc.
