Italian Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Ricotta cheese
16 oz. cream cheese
2 c. sugar (can use less)
6 eggs
6 tsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour into spring-form pan.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown .
Shut off oven.
Leave cake in oven for 1 hour.
