Peach Stuff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
4 c. sliced, peeled peaches
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. whipped topping
1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs

Preparation

Sprinkle 1 cup crumbs in an 8-inch square baking dish.
Cream confectioners sugar, butter, egg and vanilla in mixer bowl for 3 minutes or until light and fluffy.
Spread in prepared dish. Combine peaches and sugar in bowl.
Pour over creamed mixture. Spread with whipped topping.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup crumbs.
Chill, covered, for 2 hours or longer.
Yield:
8 servings.
