Quick Baked Pike Fillets - cooking recipe

1 1/2 to 2 lb. pike fillets
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
salt and pepper
flour
Preparation

Heat oven to 500\u00b0. Season fillets with salt and pepper; dip in flour. Place in lightly greased baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
