Roro'S Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cans Veg All, drained
1 jar Mexican Cheese Whiz
1 small chopped white onion
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
pinch of salt and pepper
3 sleeves Ritz Crackers
1 container Parkay Squeeze butter
Preparation

Mix Veg All, cheese whiz, onion, mayo, salt and pepper.
Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Crumble crackers over top of casserole. Squeeze butter over crackers.
Bake 350 for 20 minutes until bubbly and browned on top.
You may need to put casserole dish on baking tray as it tends to bubble over while cooking.
