Granny'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Mix together sugar, shortening and buttermilk.
    Blend in 4 cups of self-rising flour, 1 cup at a time.
    Cover lightly and refrigerate overnight or 3 to 4 hours before using.
    Roll out dough and cut with biscuit cutter and let rise 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
