Oven Fried Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flounder or other fish fillets
    2 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. water
    5 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cut fillets into serving size pieces.
    Coat fish with mixture of water and mayonnaise.
    Combine bread crumbs, parsley flakes and paprika in a shallow dish.
    Press fish fillets into crumb mixture to coat both sides.
    Place on nonstick baking sheet.
    Bake in a preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    Serves 4.
