Mexican Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. soda
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Keeps for couple of weeks (covered) in refrigerator.
    Very moist and popular with men.
