Frozen Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unsifted self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk or sweet milk
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix shortening and flour together with your fingers or pastry cutter.
    Add milk and will be a sticky dough.
    Place on a lightly floured board; handle gently until firm enough to roll out 1/2 inch thick.
    Cut out biscuits and place on a cookie sheet in freezer 1 to 2 hours.
    When frozen, remove from cookie sheet and place in a plastic bag.
    When ready to cook, remove amount of biscuits needed and place in a pan in a cold oven.
    Do not preheat oven.
    Turn oven to 450\u00b0 and bake.
    Biscuits will be ready in 15 to 20 minutes.
