Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bacon, sausage or ham
    10 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    4 slices fresh bread, broken up
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook meat and drain.
    Beat eggs, salt, dry mustard and milk. Layer bread, meat and cheese in 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased.
    Pour egg mixture over top.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake next morning at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    This recipe can easily be cut in half to serve fewer people.
