Schnitzel(Veal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. veal slices
1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic
parsley

Preparation

Rub garlic into veal.
Pound veal until it's very thin.
Brown in skillet, then bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
