Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 lb. cream cheese
    4 lb. 8 oz. sugar
    1 lb. 4 oz. butter
    1 lb. 8 oz. sour cream
    1 oz. lemon juice
    1 lb. 8 oz. milk
    3 lb. eggs
    11 oz. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cream and smooth the cream cheese, butter and sugar.
    Whip eggs and cornstarch, then lemon juice and sour cream.
    Add the portions, then add milk slowly.
    Bake in a water bath at 350\u00b0 until the top cracks, but not too brown.
    Let cool and take out of pan.
    Yields 3 cheesecakes.
