Fried Eggplant - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large eggplant
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
flour
salt and pepper
cooking oil
Preparation

Peel eggplant and slice.
In bowl, beat egg well, then add milk, salt and pepper to your taste.
Then dip eggplant in milk mixture.
Roll in flour.
Fry in skillet of hot cooking oil until golden brown.
