Flat Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 dozen corn tortillas
1 can enchilada sauce
1 c. grated cheese
chopped black olives, optional
Preparation

Brown beef and onion together.
Add seasonings.
Soften tortillas by dipping them in hot oil,
then drain on paper towels. Dip tortillas in heated enchilada sauce and layer on individual plates with meat mixture and cheese.
Place plates in a 350\u00b0 oven to melt cheese.
Serve with shredded lettuce and tomato.
