Carrots Vichy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Slice and cook carrots with salt, water and butter until tender.
    Add sugar and marjoram and toss well.
    Stir in cream. Sprinkle with parsley.
    Serve hot.
