French Meat Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2 tsp. cooking oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg, beaten (to brush pie crust)
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except egg, together.
    Brush pie crust with egg.
    Pour mixture into 1 pie crust.
    Fold second pie crust over mixture.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
