Deviled Crab Cakes(Deep Fry) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans white crabmeat
    3 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
    4 stalks celery
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    2 eggs
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
    1 large green pepper, chopped fine
    4 slices day old bread, crumbled up
Preparation
    Steam onion, green pepper and celery in 1 stick margarine.
    Mix with other ingredients, season with salt, 1 teaspoon paprika, 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning and a dash of pepper.
    Roll into oblong balls.
    Roll in flour, dip in beaten egg, then roll in bread crumbs.
    Deep fry 2 to 3 at a time until golden brown.
