Fruit Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves (unpeeled)
1 (29 oz.) can pear halves
1 (16 oz.) can peach slices
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
juice from pineapple, plus lemon juice to equal 2 c.
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. brandy (optional)
Preparation

Drain fruit well, reserving juice from pineapple.
Arrange fruit in a glass baking dish (3-quart size).
Mix cornstarch with fruit juice.
Add melted margarine, cinnamon and brandy.
In a small saucepan, bring to a boil, and cook until thickened; pour over fruit.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
