Whole Wheat Pancakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. soda
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
3 Tbsp. melted shortening
Preparation

Thoroughly mix dry ingredients.
Combine the eggs, milk and shortening; add to dry ingredients.
Mix until smooth.
Fry on hot, lightly-greased griddle.
