Alberta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice
    2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 to 1 c. frozen peas, cooked
    1 or 2 green onions, minced
    1 (7 oz.) can small shrimp or crab
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Optional:
    chopped celery, radishes, cucumber, bell peppers, or roasted sunflower seeds.
