Strawberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. strawberry jam
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. In another bowl, beat eggs, oil, and buttermilk; stir in dry ingredients just until moistened. Gently fold in jam. Fill greased and paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
